Woke up today  with a feeling of disappointment because I wasn't able to walk and run just like my morning routine for almost two weeks now. Since that couple of sundays ago, I vowed to make some changes on my very usual boring life.  I challenged myself to embrace the things that would benefit me most.   And that is to be a     'health buff' kuno. hahahaa. Kidding aside,   I am determined to do something. For my own wellness of course.   So as i was saying, i wasn't able to walk a while ago because of my monthly period dilemma. I find it really  hard to get out of my bed.       Anyhow, I will surely be back on my feet again tomorrow. I realized that walking briskly has so many benefits to offer to every humans. Not only it is the most easiest and convenient form of exercise, it also caters so many healthy benefits to us. Sharing here some of the advantages and blessings we get if we will devote ourselves by walking 30 minutes everyday.

Here  are the perks. And also these   .

I have learned so many things lately. There' will be times that you need to be alone in order for you to analyze stuff. You cant hear what your mind and heart is saying if you are in a crowd. You wont be able to realize your mistakes and shortcomings if its noisy. The lesson here is simple. Learn to walk away and be in silence. Walk as far as you could to the point that you can master the art of walking away. It will bring to you so much good things. If you are in a brink of an heating argument, shut your own mouth and silently walk away. Next, is to learn to say sorry and humbly accept your faults. God is being delighted in someone

who's spirit is so meek. Another lesson, do not take petty things so seriously. It will do no good to you.Do not quick to judge so as others wont judge you.Lastly, learn from your mistakes. Experience will always be our great teacher. With these simple life lessons, i realized there are  still so much to learn . As we go on in our journey, it is really up to us if we embrace the good lessons, or we just set them aside always.

This colorful image caught my attention days ago on my instagram feed. I find those hearties so cute and

adorable that's why i decided to post it on my blogger dashboard. Valentines day came to pass already. And those hearties signifies nothing but love. Love comes in many form. We can always share and show our love towards others even if its not Love Month. After all, we only live once. Why not make the most out of it by giving our hearts unconditionally to everyone. To our very own families, co workers, neighbor, church mates, friends, enemies, loved ones.Loving the lovable is so easy for us.In fact it is our favorite thing to do.It comes so natural for us to love our love ones but  loving the unlovely is difficult. It is a very hard task to do. But i believe that it  will always be a matter of choice. To love or to hate. I will choose to love. By God's grace.

                  Walk.Run.Jog.Dance.Diet.Gym.Workout

These are just few of the words i keep hearing from people  who are very  much concern about my health.

Sometimes, i feel it like an insult. I thought am being bullied when i hear those words repeatedly spoken by people to me.

And i must admit, my stubbornness has kept me from living a very healthy lifestyle. I am often called 'chubby' by my colleagues. Because at my age and body structure, i am qualified really as an over-weight. That's the plain reality. I've been in a gym like couple of times ago. I ended giving up, instead of pursuing to be physically fit. I even sign up in a fun run twice.

And i thought i'm gonna loose some weight by halfheartedly devoting myself in going to gym and fun run. It was until last Sunday that i was cordially invited by my generous neighbor to be her guest at Fitness First   +SM Pampanga branch. I juuuuuuuust find it hard to say no to the invitation because i  deeply believe that it is now the high time for me  to finally take good care of my health. For once, I'm not getting any younger. I was once diagnosed to have a very high blood pressure. Time to take a change. So as i was saying last Sunday,  after i came home from church, i took my lunch, prep myself and my things, and headed straight to my generous ate, who's a member for seven years at Fitness First. As a pioneer member of the Spa, she's allowed to bring a guest or 2 every weekend. That's where i got my pass with no membership on that very nice spa. For starters, we took the Zumba class. Zumba has been a brouhaha to oldies women, people who has health problems like me, and to everyone who's born as a dancer but don't have the guts to dance. Haahahaha. I guess I'm not making any sense. Zumba is definitely super fun. I am a frustrated dancer. Yet, i never ever dance in public. So when ate told me that we take zumba first, i got so kiliiiiiiiig. Why because i know i'm going to have a great time. So we danced like for two hours, with a very minimal break every now en then just for us to drink liquid. There were like fifty zumba dancers or so including me and the instructor. I really had a wonderful time considering it was my first time. My companion was so worried because she thinks i'm not enjoying a bit. She has no clue that i am having the time of my life. hahahaha. By the way, my ate is a health advocate. I got so many insights from her regarding being healthy. Slowly, i'm trying to learn them all. After all, i am doing it not because i want to be sexy. But instead i want to be physically and mentally fit. So much for the zumba dance. I definitely be coming  back there :))

I have never  been a fan sipping a hot cup of tea.As in never. Ever. That had been change when some of those random nights when you don't know where to hangout and then suddenly a homey cafe came into a perfect sight, right before your very eyes. It was my first time to order an apple cinnamon tea. For some reasons,  my stomach finally given up the taste of a frappe. Too sweet for an evening sip i guess. And neither , i don't have any intentions to ask for a hot coffee. That's why i opted to have that smelly tea. Once the waiter served my tea , i immediately whiff its pleasing and flavorful aroma.I felt so relaxed instantly as i breathe in :) So as i was sitting there and reading a foreign magazine, i remember that i was carrying a dark chocolate bar in my bag. I perfect partner for my lovely tea. I remember i read once that dark chocolate is beneficial to human's health. See here its amazing health benefits.  That was my first time to indulge such healthy thingies.  I normally eat snacks, sodas, coffee , cakes, whenever i hang out at cafes, With that experience, I came back at that cafe for the second time around :)

                                Fascinated. Obsessed. Head-over-heels.Infatuated.Attracted. Yes.

I can't think of other words to best describe myself how i am fascinated in a certain beauty called timepiece.

Most girls are crazy over bags, shoes, accessories, dresses, make-ups,

I am crazy about how i am gonna acquire a beauty like these. I just love how these pieces fits so perfectly in

one's lovely wrist. I must say that a good timepiece shows one's personalty. In my love for watches as these, I've created a board on my +Pinterest and named it make your time count.

The Board itself will reveal different timepieces that i would want to have someday. In my dreams I guess.

A good watch will complement your outfit. It will enhance your ensemble even if you are wearing a simple get up.Owning and collecting good watches is costly. It surely a hobby. But for me, it does not really matter if what you have on your closet are expensive ones or not. What is important is you are happy with your watches, and they simply describe you. Each of my watches has a story to tell. And that is what i love most about them. ♥

nothing is more fancier than spending time with people who matter most in our hearts ♥♥♥

This is such an encouragement.

I am Loved.

Surreal , but true.
